Degenhart 3-1/2" Tall Peach Wise Owl on Books Figurine Paperweight.
It has the impressed Degenhart mark on the base.
There is masking tape that has fallen off the base from the previous owner that states Peach 1-26-77.
It measures approx. 3-1/2" tall, 1-7/8" x 1-5/8" base.
